Lip-meter 

Lip-meter is a blender add-on for quick and easy creation of lip-sync and facial expressions.

It allows creation of shape keys in either pose mode, edit mode or sculpt mode with controllers to drive them.

• Custom meter showing degree of morphs/shape-keys applied.

Installation Guide:

Install by going to Edit > Preferences > Add-ons > Install and select the downloaded "Lip-meter.zip" file.
